things i learned today

-sitting on the steps of the bank on spring garden is a nice way to kill time
-a few tears in front of a boy is a thousand times worse than sobbing in front of a group of strangers
-i have -$7.80 in my bank account
-grilled corn is delicious
-my doctor loves punk music. his favorite band is bad brains
-sunglasses are great, whether it's sunny or cloudy
-i can write really good songs for 10 minutes at a time
-reading someone to sleep is satisfying
